All events are available to all visitors during Bear Week Provincetown, except for events listed as “Bear Tag Only Events“. All other events can be paid for at the door for the current cover charge. The question has been raised about cancellations of individual events during Bear Week Provincetown. Cancellations of individual events is at the sole discretion of the venue. If an event is cancelled due to severe weather or some other unforeseen situation, it is at the discretion of the venue and not the Provincetown Bears. It is the venues responsibility to contact us in a timely manner so we can share the info with you. The PtownBears will do our best to inform you as soon as possible through our website, Facebook groups and QR code for news & updates in our event book should this situation arises. Only in the case of a declared State of Emergency will we announce we are cancelling an event.
