Please be aware that this calendar of events is a “continuously updating schedule“. It will be updated as new events are confirmed and TBA prices are made available by the venues for events not free to Bear Tag holders, but may be discounted. All events are available to all visitors during Bear Week Provincetown, except for events listed as “Bear Tag Only Events“. All other events can be paid for at the door for the current cover charge. Please be aware that posted prices/cover charges supplied by venues that are not covered by Bear Tags are subject to change without notice and are at the discretion of the venue.

Special Late Registration Pickup at Boatslip
If you miss the late registration at the Bear Booth on Saturday night and want to go the Official Opening Party: FURBALL at the Boatslip, a table will be set up at the entrance to the party. You will be able to receive your PtownBears Bear Tag so you can enter the event for free. You will have to go to the Bear Booth on Sunday to retrieve the rest of your package (ie. t-shirt, swag bag, event booklet, etc.). You will need to show your Bear Tag and ID to receive the rest of your package. The table will only be available until 11:30pm. After that the cover for the event will be $20 w/o a PtownBears Bear Tag.

The question has been raised about cancellations of individual events during Bear Week Provincetown. Cancellations of individual events is at the sole discretion of the venue. If an event is cancelled due to severe weather or some other unforeseen situation, it is at the discretion of the venue and not the Provincetown Bears. It is the venues responsibility to contact us in a timely manner so we can share the info with you. The PtownBears will do our best to inform you as soon as possible through our website, Facebook groups and QR code for news & updates in our event book should this situation arises. Only in the case of a declared State of Emergency will we announce we are cancelling an event.
